• Client: Terri Anderson

• Service Type: Deep Cleaning (click here view detailed list of services included)

• Location: 392 Mossy Oak Trail, Waverly, Georgia 31565

• Date & Time: September 3rd - 4th.  8:00am-10:00am arrival (please allow a 2-hour window for arrival)

• Estimated Duration: 7 hours

• Assigned Cleaners: Jennifer Z., Makayla C., Alee D.

Payment Details

• Rate: $700 flat fee OR $40/hour per cleaner, whichever is less. Due September 3rd.

  This ensures transparent and fair pricing for your service.

  • Make checks payable to Jennifer Zamora.

  • Send Zelle payments to 904-846-1338 : Jennifer Zamora

• Cash and check payments can be left accessible in the home if you are not present at the end of service.

• 3% discount on cash payments

Policies

• Access: Client must provide entry to the property at the scheduled time or a lockout fee will incur.

• Payment: Payment is due at completion of service via check, cash, or digital transfer (zelle). Late fees apply after 1 day.

• Rescheduling / Cancellations: Minimum 48 hours’ notice required. Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a 50% fee of the scheduled service.

• Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are unsatisfied, please notify us within 24 hours for a free touch-up.

• Damage/Liability: Salt & Suds Cleaning is not liable for pre-existing damages or unsecured valuables.
